Lead Magnet PDF Designer

Prerequisite: You need a completed lead magnet from the Lead Magnet Creator before you can use the PDF Designer.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Open the Tool

There are two ways to access the PDF Designer:

Option A – Directly via the Funnel Architect:

1. Go to the Funnel Architect.

2. Click on the "Lead Magnet PDF Designer" card.

3. You'll see an overview of all your completed lead magnets – select the one you want.

Option B – Directly from the Lead Magnet result:

1. Open your finished lead magnet in the Lead Magnet Creator.

2. Click the "Create PDF Design" or "Generate PDF" button on the result page.

3. The lead magnet is already pre-selected – you'll land directly in the design configuration.

Step 2: Configure Your Design

The design form consists of three sections:

Basic Settings

Available Themes:

• Pearl (Default) – Classic, bright, and professional

• Commons – Modern and accessible

• Consultant – Business-oriented and polished

• Basic Light – Clean and simple

• Basic Dark – High-contrast with a dark background

💡 Tip: Choose a theme that matches your brand voice. For coaches and consultants, "Consultant" or "Pearl" tend to work best. You can always fine-tune the design further in Gamma afterwards.

Image Settings

When you select "AI Generated", an additional input field appears:

• Image Style (optional) – Describe the desired style, e.g. "minimalist illustrations" or "professional business photography"

Advanced Options

• Additional Instructions – Free text field for special design requests, for example:

  • "Use warm color tones"

  • "Make the cover page particularly striking"

  • "Use plenty of white space between sections"

Step 3: Generate the PDF

1. Click "Generate" in the bottom right corner.

2. You'll be taken to a loading page – generation takes 1–3 minutes.

3. The page updates automatically once your PDF is ready – no need to reload manually.

⚠️ Note: Avoid closing the browser window during generation. The process runs in the background – you can continue working in another tab.

Step 4: Access Your Result

Once the generation is complete, you'll see the result page with the following options:

You'll also see a summary of your design settings (theme, number of pages, language, text amount).

Design History and Multiple Versions

You can create multiple designs with different settings for the same lead magnet – for example, one with the "Pearl" theme and one with "Basic Dark" to compare and find the best version.

When you reopen the PDF Designer for a lead magnet that already has designs, you'll see a table of all previous designs for that lead magnet. From there you can:

• View previous designs – all past results remain saved

• Delete designs – remove versions you no longer need

• Create a new design – generate another version with different settings

Working with Your Result

Use the PDF Directly

Download the finished PDF and use it as a lead magnet on your landing page, as an email attachment, or as a free download incentive for new prospects.

Edit Further in Gamma

Click "Edit in Gamma" to make the following adjustments in the Gamma web editor:

• Adjust colors and fonts to match your brand

• Swap or add images

• Edit individual text blocks

• Change the layout of specific pages

💡 Tip: For straightforward use cases, the generated PDF works great as-is. If you need a full brand alignment – such as exact brand colors, your logo, and a specific typeface – it's worth doing further editing in Gamma.

Export as PowerPoint

With the PPTX download, you can edit the design offline in Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides – useful if you want to repurpose the layout for presentations or webinars.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why can't I select a lead magnet in the PDF Designer?
The PDF Designer requires a completed lead magnet. Make sure you've fully completed the Lead Magnet Creator process and that the status shows "Completed."

Generation has been running for more than 3 minutes – what should I do?
Reload the page manually after 5 minutes. If the issue persists, please reach out to our support team via the live chat or feedback form.

I don't like the theme I chose – can I change it afterwards?
Yes. You can create a new design with a different theme at any time. All previous versions remain saved in your design history. Alternatively, you can adjust the existing design via "Edit in Gamma."

Can I add my company logo to the PDF?
This isn't currently possible directly within the PDF Designer. You can add your logo afterwards using the Gamma web editor or by editing the PPTX file.

What does the "Condense" text option do?
Christiani.AI condenses the original lead magnet text down to the key takeaways, making the PDF more compact and easier to consume. For detailed eBooks, we recommend using "Preserve."

How many designs can I create for one lead magnet?
You can generate as many designs as you like with different settings. Each generation uses one credit.

The result doesn't look the way I expected – what can I do?
Use the "Additional Instructions" field in your next generation to provide more specific design guidance. Trying a different theme or changing the image source can also make a significant difference.
