Social Media Analytics Dashboard
The Analytics Dashboard provides you with a central overview of your social media performance. You can analyze follower growth, post performance, and engagement rates across all connected platforms, and identify your most successful posts to create even better content from them.
Supported Platforms:
LinkedIn (personal profile or company page)
Instagram (Business/Creator Account)
Facebook (company page)
Twitter/X
Prerequisites
Before you can use the Analytics Dashboard, your social media profiles must be connected to Christiani.AI. You can find instructions in the Data Hub under Social Media Profiles.
💡 Important: The dashboard captures data from the point of activation. For historical data, you can use the import function (see below).
Dashboard Overview
Connected Networks and Followers
In the upper section, you'll see all connected social media networks. Each tile shows:
Platform name (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter)
Current follower count
📌 Note about LinkedIn: For personal LinkedIn profiles, the follower count is not provided by LinkedIn and therefore not displayed. This information is only available for LinkedIn company pages.
Important Settings
At the top of the dashboard, you'll find two important functions:
1. Include External Posts
With this function, you can import posts that you published not through Christiani.AI, but directly on the social media platforms.
How to activate the function:
Click the "Include External Posts" button
Click "Refresh"
From now on, your external posts will be automatically synchronized every 24 hours
Benefits:
Complete overview of all your social media activities
Christiani.AI learns from your successful posts (even if they weren't created through the platform)
Enables the "Create Similar" function for external posts
2. Import Historical Data
This function enables a one-time import of your posts from the last 90 days.
Use case:
You're starting fresh with Christiani.AI and want to analyze your previous posts
You want to create new content from successful posts from recent months
You need a complete overview of your social media performance
⏱️ Note: Historical data is imported once. Current posts are synchronized through the "Include External Posts" function.
Growth and Activity
Follower Development
Track the growth of your followers over different time periods:
7 days: Identify short-term trends
30 days: Monthly development
90 days: Long-term growth curve
The dashboard creates a daily "snapshot" of your follower numbers. With each additional day of use, your statistics become more meaningful.
Posting Activity
Here you'll see:
Number of published posts in the selected timeframe
Trend development of your posting frequency
Average posts per week
Distribution across different platforms
Benefits:
Recognize if you're posting consistently or have gaps
Compare your activity on different platforms
Ensure you're meeting your content goals

Top Performers - Leveraging Successful Posts
One of the most valuable areas of the dashboard: Your most successful posts based on interactions (likes, comments, shares).
Why Interactions Matter
Christiani.AI focuses on interactions rather than just reach because:
High interaction rates signal to the algorithm that your content is valuable
The algorithm rewards interactive posts with more reach
Authentic interactions lead to sustainable growth
Best Practice: Ask questions in your posts to trigger interactions!
Create Similar - The Power Function
The smartest function of the Analytics Dashboard allows you to create new content from successful posts.
Here's how it works:
For Top Performers:
Hover your mouse over a top performer post
Click "Create Similar"
For All Posts:
Go to My Posts in the Social Media section
Click the three dots (⋮) on a post
Select "Create Similar Post"
What happens behind the scenes:
The AI analyzes your successful post for:
Hook: How did you capture attention?
Structure: How was the post built?
Framework: What content framework was used?
Tone: What communication style was employed?
Emotional Triggers: What emotions were addressed?
Successful Phrases: Which phrases worked particularly well?
The Workflow:
After clicking "Create Similar," you'll be redirected to the Social Media Post Creator or LinkedIn Post Creator
Under "Additional Information" you'll find the complete analysis of your post:
Hook: [Opening analysis] Structure: [Build-up analysis] Tone: [Style analysis] Emotional Triggers: [Emotion analysis] Successful Phrases: [Key phrases] Proven Framework: [Framework identification]Your task: Just fill in:
Select platform
Enter current occasion/topic
Define post goal
Optional: Add knowledge database
Click "Create Post" - The AI creates a new post in the style of your top performer!
Pro Tip: Use Framework History
In the Social Media Post Creator and LinkedIn Post Creator, there's a history of all created posts.
How to use it effectively:
When you've found a working framework:
Click the star (⭐) next to the post in the history
The post is "pinned"
For the next post creation:
Click the pinned post in the history
"Additional Information" is automatically filled in
You always work with the same successful framework
Advantage: Consistent content quality through proven structures!
LinkedIn Analytics Specifics
For LinkedIn users, there's an important specificity:
Private LinkedIn Profiles
LinkedIn provides only limited analytics for personal profiles (as opposed to company pages).
Available metrics for private profiles:
Like Count
Comment Count
Reaction Count (when reactions are present)
Not available:
Follower numbers
Reach
Impressions
Demographic data
Direct to LinkedIn Analytics
Via the "View LinkedIn Analytics Directly" button, you'll get directly to the official LinkedIn Analytics Dashboard, where you'll receive additional insights that LinkedIn provides.
Frequently Asked Questions and Troubleshooting
"Why don't I see any historical data?"
Solution: Use the "Import Historical Data" function in the upper section of the dashboard. This is a one-time import of the last 90 days.
"My external posts are not being displayed"
Check the following:
Is "Include External Posts" activated?
Did you click "Refresh" after activation?
Wait up to 24 hours - synchronization occurs automatically every 24 hours
"The numbers don't match those on the platform"
Possible reasons:
Instagram & Facebook:
Meta can take up to 48 hours to calculate analytics data
Private comments from users with privacy settings may be counted differently
For promoted posts, only organic plays count
Follower data is only available from 100 followers
Demographic data only from 100 engagements in the last 30 days
LinkedIn:
Numbers are "eventually consistent" - can take 24-48 hours until consistency
Personal profiles have limited metrics
Twitter/X:
For threads, each tweet is returned as a separate object in an array
"I can't use the 'Create Similar' function"
Prerequisites:
The post must already be published (no drafts)
For external posts: "Include External Posts" must be activated
Sufficient interaction data must be available
"The top performers don't show my posts with the highest reach"
This is intentional:
Top performers are sorted by interactions (likes, comments, shares), not by reach. Reason: High interactions automatically lead to more reach through the algorithm - they're the better indicator of content quality.
"My Instagram follower count is not displayed"
Solution:
You need at least 100 followers for Instagram to provide the follower count via API
Your account must be a Business or Creator Account
"How often is the data updated?"
Update frequencies:
Christiani.AI Check: Daily (every 24 hours)
Facebook: Updates every 24 hours
Instagram: Can take up to 48 hours
LinkedIn: 24-48 hours for complete consistency
Twitter/X: Relatively timely
Optimization Tips for Better Analytics
1. Consistent Posting
Use the Posting Activity overview to:
Identify gaps in your content calendar
Ensure a consistent posting frequency
Monitor your weekly goals
Recommendation: Plan your posts in advance in the Content Planner!
2. Repeat Successful Patterns
Analyze your Top Performers regularly:
Which topics work best?
At what times do you post successfully?
Which post formats achieve the most interactions?
Use the "Create Similar" function to repeat successful patterns!
3. Platform Comparison
Compare performance between different platforms:
Where do you achieve the best engagement rate?
On which platform are you growing fastest?
Should you focus more resources on a specific platform?
4. Promote Interactions
Since top performers are sorted by interactions:
Ask questions at the end of your posts
Encourage comments ("What's your experience?")
Respond promptly to comments to stimulate discussions
Use polls and surveys (where available)
5. Build a Framework Library
Use the history function strategically:
Pin different successful post frameworks
