Unlike the Content Planner, which provides you with ideas, the Content Calendar shows you your actually created and scheduled content.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Accessing the Content Calendar
Navigate to the Social Media Expert
Click on "Content Calendar"
You will reach the calendar overview of your social media activities
2. Switching Between Views
Activate Week View:
Click on "Week" in the top navigation bar
Ideal for detailed daily planning
Shows posts sorted by weekdays
Use Month View:
Select "Month" for a strategic overall overview
Perfect for long-term content planning
Identify gaps and clusters at a glance
Use List View:
Click on "List" for a tabular display
Easy management and editing

3. Optimal Use of Filter Functions
Apply Platform Filters:
Use the platform filters at the top
Activate/deactivate Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter
Show only posts from specific platforms
Use Status Filters:
Draft: Posts that have not yet been published
Scheduled: Scheduled posts with a fixed publication date
Published: Posts already published on the platforms

4. Managing Posts Directly in the Calendar
Create New Posts:
Click on a free day in the calendar
Choose between different post types:

Make sure that:
You have already created posts via Christiani.AI
Your filters are not hiding all posts
You have selected the correct time period
❓ Can I move posts between platforms afterward?
No, but you can duplicate posts and adapt them for other platforms.
❓ What happens if I delete a scheduled post?
The post is removed from the queue and will not be published. Already published posts will also be deleted from the corresponding platform.
