Overview

Alex.AI is your intelligent marketing assistant that supports you with all questions related to storytelling, content creation, and strategy development. It has access to your complete company profile, your target audiences, products, and all created strategies and analyses from the Christiani.AI platform.

Important Note: Alex.AI is only available to you after completing the onboarding process.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Opening Alex.AI

Desktop Version:

  • Click on the rocket symbol (widget) at the bottom left

  • The chat area opens on the right side of the screen

Mobile Version:

2. Customizing the Chat Area (Chat Widget)

Adjust Size:

  • Drag the edges of the chat window to set the optimal size for you

Full-Screen Mode:

  • Click on the magnification symbol at the top right for full-screen mode

3. Starting a New Conversation

  • Click on the plus symbol (+) at the top left

  • A new conversation is created

  • Your previous conversations remain preserved

💡 Tip: Start separate conversations for different topics (e.g., positioning, content planning), as Alex.AI remembers the entire conversation history.

4. Activating Web Search

  • Click on the world symbol at the bottom of the input field

  • The symbol becomes highlighted in blue

  • Alex.AI can now additionally research current information from the web

📌 Recommendation: Activate web search when you want to receive current, relevant results from the internet for your request.

5. Sending Messages

Text Input:

  • Type your question or request in the input field

  • Press Enter or click Send

Voice Input:

  • Click on the microphone symbol at the bottom left

  • Speak your message

  • The text is automatically transcribed

Copying Answers

  • Click on the copy symbol at the bottom right of the chat bubble

  • The content is copied to the clipboard

  • Paste it into other tools or documents

Managing Chat History (Chat Full-Screen Mode)

Renaming Conversations:

  • Go to the conversation history (left)

  • Click on the pencil symbol next to the conversation

  • Enter a new name

  • Click on the checkmark to confirm

Deleting Conversations:

  • Click on the trash symbol for the desired conversation

  • Confirm the deletion

Using the Memory Function

  • Alex.AI remembers the entire conversation history

  • Use follow-up questions: "That's a good approach. Can you elaborate on this for my specific target audience?"

  • Build on previous answers
